initially, i didn’t think the filters were working as the use indicator didn’t seem to function. I talked with PUR and they said give the filters more time to see if they’re good. They are and i am completely satisfied with my purchase from you. I’ve purchased many things from your firm and this is the most trouble i’ve ever had and thanks for following up.

I’ve used the Stage 3 filter, but decided to save some money on another faucet and switched to the Stage 2 filter. There might be a difference in how clean the water is, but taste wise I can’t tell. This item shipped quickly, safely, and works as it should.
