This bottle is OK, and I like that it’s non toxic, but having to bite it to get the water out is just not good. My kids drink a ton of water, and I don’t like the idea of them biting on this thing all the time. I have one too, and could tell that it was pushing my teeth out, so I don’t use it anymore, and neither do they.

I actually bought this for my 1-year old because he figured out how to use mine and preferred it over his bottle or sippy cups, and it doesn’t leak! The fact that he has to bite is also likable, because of his teething. The rubber is soothing on his gums and new teeth. The loop on the lid makes it easy for him to carry it around, even with his blankie in the same hand, and it makes it easy for me to clip it to his diaper bag or stroller to carry along when not in use. The only reason I hesitate to give it 5 stars is that he’s too little right now to use the push button to flip it open, so I do that for him and then he carries it everyone with the tip up. I’m sure he’ll figure it out as he gets older–and isn’t it great that this can be cool even as he grows? The great thing is that he drinks a lot more water now, and it’s easy to clean!

I bought two of these, one for my 3 1/2 year old and one for my 1 1/2 year old. They love them!! I had to buy another one because my 3 1/2 year old lost hers and missed it so much. She takes it every day to preschool with her and can open it easily. They don’t spill and are super cute!!! I would recommend these for any kid who likes drinking from cups with straws and likes to bite or chew on things. Super cool bottles!

    Looks nice

designed perfectly like any other camelbak product

more suitable to kids than the 0.5 bottles.

We went through about a dozen different types of sippy cups for my twin girls with varying degrees of frustration, failure of milk slopped everywhere. The Dr. Brown’s sippy cup did work well with one twin, but the other just dug her heels in. Bought the CamelBak for the stubborn twin and, at 11 months, she was duck to water with the bite-then-suck action that CamelBak utilizes. Now, at 14 months, the CamelBaks are all we use. They hold them easily themselves and if they do get tossed to the floor, the spillage is a few drops.
