They are cleaning tablets. Kinda sucks that you need to buy special tablets to clean the bottle, but they are cool I guess.

These tablets work great. My wife and I decided not to get these when we bought our SIGG’s and then regretted not buying it. We use about one tablet once a month to keep them clean and it is a very easy process. Just fill the SIGG with warm water and drop the tablet in and let it sit for 30 mins. Drain and rinse and your set to go.

My husband and I have Sigg bottles which we use every day. The drinking water in Massachusetts is very tasty. Since ordering the Sigg bottles, we no longer are lugging heavy packs of water home very month. However, cleaning the bottles is not as easy as one would think. They cannot be washed in a dishwasher and it is a nuisance to rinse after using dish washing liquid. These tablets combined with a bottle brush make for an easy method of cleaning your water bottles.
