This little filter costs 40 bucks. Also, it just flooded my house because it’s completely exposed in the fridge and works its way loose easily, at which point it fills the fridge up with water. Then, when you open the fridge door, instead of deciding whether to drink milk or juice, 50 gallons of water cascades onto your hardwood floors, then leaks into your heating system and eventually drains out over your AV system. Also, it filters water.

As the internets foremost expert in water filters and filtrie, I have to admit this is the single best filter in the western hemisphere. I have no doubt that any purchaser of this particular filter will not only enjoy clean water, but will come to consider this filter a part of his family.

I ordered the GE Water filter for my refridgerator. It arrived quickly and works great. I would buy again when it comes time.

it’s a filter. it fits. it works. it costs ten bucks less than the same filter in sears (how stupid can their business model be, really?). it takes ten seconds to install.

I didn’t realize that the refrigerator we purchased in 2007 would need a filter replacement for the ice-maker. Makes sense though, since it is filtered water. It was a great relief when I was able to purchase the filter through Amazon. I also was able to finally locate the same item at the Hardware store, however, it was so easy and quick through the internet, that I took advantage of this method of shopping and will do so again in the future.
